I have long been committed to following my heart and often wonder how to become stronger in the face of life's challenges. Recently, I shared with a friend how difficult it was for me to help several people at once. Three had already come, a few more wanted to come, but I simply couldn't take on a fourth. My friend's reaction was pleasantly surprising. He said:
"Hey, you don't understand how unrealistic this is. Even if you helped one person a month - or even a year - it's still incredible. What you're doing is a total miracle. The universe is complete. And you're complaining that you can only help one person a day? Calm down!"
Such words helped me see the bigger picture. However, a new thought haunted me: if it is already possible to help a person directly or remotely, is it possible to help several people at once? Is it possible for healing energy to cover several areas or even vast territories? Or to lift entire regions out of darkness so that people remember the voice of their hearts and do not resort to harmful thoughts? If such mass healing is possible, how quickly would it work, how strong would it be? Could it ever cover the whole world?
These questions fascinate me, but I also realize that there is still a long way to go. My time, resources, and strength are limited. Yet the hope of extending my help to others never ceases to burn within me.
One evening history: proof of possibilities
I recently visited a friend who is a talented and very creative architect. We spent the day working on different projects in a shared space. I have a knack for clearing the environment I am in, which makes my thoughts clearer and the energy more supportive. We were deep into our work when my friend’s friend from London came to visit.
I soon noticed that she was accompanied by a certain depressed energy, like a depressive streak that slowed her actions. The longer she stayed, the more clearly I felt it. I felt a desire to help, so I asked without hesitation if I could “check” on her. My architect friend sincerely urged:
"Yes, do it! It'll be interesting. He does something, something happens, and you feel better in ways you never expected."
The guest from London agreed – worst case scenario, if she didn't feel anything, we'd still have a good time. My architect friend stayed with her urgent work, and the guest and I went to the other room.
Session in the other room
There, I quickly “looked” at her to understand the main reasons for her poor well-being. Having figured out what was going on, I asked her to lie down on the bed so that no one would disturb her. I just sat next to her, without touching anything physically – I allowed my body to become a kind of channel for her true being.
As soon as she settled in, a special energy began to flow between us. Her higher consciousness connected with mine, and using my body, she essentially began to heal herself. Time seemed to stand still; I felt like I was underwater, where everything was clear and transparent. Although it seemed like only a few minutes had passed, in reality it had been almost two hours.
We both felt it was time to end. We slowly came back to consciousness. It took her a moment to realize what had happened and to absorb the new feeling. I returned to salon to see how the architect is doing.
After such experiences, I almost always forget what exactly happened. It's like waking up from a dream: one moment it seems like you know everything and will never forget, and then a few moments later everything slips out of memory - as if nothing had happened, only time has flown by. Unless there is some essential message that I must convey to her, or understand myself.
Unexpected side effects
I was surprised by the architect's story about what happened to her. She stayed in the other room to work and was very focused on the project. But as soon as we began the session, she was suddenly overcome by a special sense of peace, security, and refreshment. Although she had to finish her work urgently, her eyes began to droop, her eyelids becoming too heavy to keep open. In blissful comfort, she fell asleep right at her laptop and woke up only after we had finished the session.
It was like an epiphany – the healing energy was affecting not only my client but also the entire environment, including the architect in the next room. This experience fueled my quest – if the healing field could reach others around me, how far could it extend?
Vision of the future: sacred space
After these events, I began to imagine a future where I created the ideal work environment—a sacred place that always remains “clean” energetically. Now, when I enter a space, I try to cleanse it, but it takes extra focus and energy. What if I had a sanctuary where the energy was already pure and ready for people to come in and cleanse themselves naturally?
I could spend weeks or even months in a place like this, immersed in a meditative state and helping people, communities, or even entire regions from afar. Of course, there are real questions: how to survive, where to get resources, what range and speed of impact should I aim for?
Of course, such a picture can be truly beautiful, but trying to create it is just a waste of time. I would rather surrender to the healing power and, with all my strength, work where I am now.
But this image is like a guiding star for me.
After all, healing is just the first stop on a long journey. I want to continue to improve, deepen my understanding of energies, and learn new things. I hope to live long enough to realize at least some of my dream plans. If I could truly help the world before my time is up, that would be the first – but extremely significant – victory.
A lesson that reminds us of possibilities
Every time I try to help someone from the bottom of my heart, I realize what great possibilities lie within us. Whether I help one person a day or a year, each encounter brings new knowledge about others and about myself. I still hear my friend's reassuring words: "Even helping one person is a miracle."
However, a question comes to mind: What if I could help two, three, or even thousands of people at once? These thoughts inspire me to dream. For now, I stay focused on the daily step—improving my skills, listening to the lessons each moment brings, and following my heart. I don’t know all the answers, but I feel guided.
If this ever leads to the possibility of enveloping an entire city, country, or even the entire world with healing light, I will be willing to at least try.
